Jeff and Perla are unaffiliated independent Baptist missionaries commissioned and sent to the Philippines by Empire Baptist Temple, Sioux Falls, S.D.

Our ministry is based at Cubao, Quezon City where we have a church work and a Bible College centered around winning Filipino people to the Lord, discipleship, training Philippine Nationals for the ministry of the Lord, and establishing indigenous local New Testament Baptist Churches throughout the Philippines. FBC, Norzagaray, Bulacan was re-organized on January 27, 2002.

The Castners

Baptist Church Planters to Chile, South America

Garry Castner went to the field of Chile in February of 1992. He spent about a year learning the language while living in Santiago. Presently, he is using literature evangelism and various other means of outreach to start churches.  The Castners are sent out of Lehigh Valley Baptist Church in Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
